What was the store’s shrinkage policy before partnering with Smartway?
Before launching a partnership with Smartway in 2016, the E.Leclerc store at Plougastel had rolled out a variety of repurposing initiatives such as the circular economy and waste management. But the owner, Mr de Bel-Air, was looking for new innovations to improve his store’s waste management.
Our objective was to save as many products as possible from being thrown away while providing the teams with efficient and functional tools. The store is now achieving outstanding results.
